Become a master in extremity adjusting! This seminar covers the biomechanics of the most common injuries and how to functionally assess and adjust these.
Starting at the foot and ankle and work our way up the lower extremity, to the hip joint, and from the shoulder/scapula/clavicle complex, down to the wrist hand and fingers.
We go through the most common injuries seen in practice, the biomechanics behind them and strategies for assessing and treating them with manual techniques.
The seminar consists of about 70% hands-on and 30% theoretical training.

INSTRUCTORS
Dr. Jean-Pierre Meeresseman, D.C., Hon. D.I.B.A.K., President and founder of AIKA since 1988, and co-founder and Vice President of ICAK-Italy since 2006, Dr. Jean-Pierre Meersseman graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been teaching across Europe and around the world for over 40 years and is widely known for discovering and promoting the connection between dental occlusion and postural imbalances.
In 1972, he founded the Chiropractic Center at the San Rocco Clinic. Later, in 1990, he established the JPM Chiropractic Clinic, focusing particularly on sports medicine. He worked for many years with AC Milan and played a key role in creating MilanLab, an innovative project aimed at maintaining athletes’ health and optimizing their performance.
During the 1980s, Meersseman—and chiropractic care in general—enjoyed significant recognition in Italy. Many influential figures from politics, entertainment, and industry sought treatment at the San Rocco Clinic in Como. In the world of sports alone, more than 100 world and Olympic champions were treated by Dr. Meersseman.
Atle Torstensen D.C. has been in private practice in Norway for over 30 years. He has over the years treated a lot of individual athletes and teams both in Norway and internationally.
Among others he was a part of the AC Milan medical team for six seasons and is currently working with team Ingebrigtsen, the running team consisting of the current world- and olympic champion Jakob Ingebrigtsen and his brothers Henrik and Filip and the Uno-X professional bicycling team.
He has been teaching seminars in adjusting techniques of the spine and extremities all over the world for the past 20 years. Atle Torstensen was voted Norwegian Chiropractic Association chiropractor of the year in 2006 and TMC International Chiropractor of the year in 2010.
He is one of the founders of the Eureka chain of chiropractic offices and helped develop the chain. He is currently working with the Klinikk for Alle chain of offices and the Physical Medicine Group, helping them to develop their brands in addition to running the Klinikk for Alle Egersund office.
