Why is it important to attend the seminars?
The course aims to strongly promote collaboration between dentists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and doctors with the goal of a joint effort towards a truly transdisciplinary approach.
For this purpose, for the dental and stomatological part, dentists or dental medicine physicians with specific expertise in the functional approach and occluso-postural reharmonization techniques will be invited.

Dr. Francesca Luraghi

Dr. Jean-Pierre Meeresseman, D.C., Hon. D.I.B.A.K., President and founder of AIKA in 1988 and founding Vice-President of ICAK-Italy in 2006, with a degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, has been teaching in Europe and worldwide for over 40 years and is well-known for discovering the relationship between dental occlusion and posture defects.
In 1972, he founded the Chiropractic Center at the Sanrocco Clinic. In 1990, he founded the JPM Chiropractic Clinic, focusing particularly on sports, following AC Milan for years and creating the MilanLab project, with the aim of maintaining the health of footballers and athletes and improving their performance.
During the 1980s, Meersseman, and Chiropractic in general, enjoyed great consideration in Italy from numerous figures in politics, entertainment, and industry who came to the San Rocco Clinic in Como for treatment: in the sports world alone, over 100 world and Olympic champions were treated by Jean Pierre Meersseman.

1987 Degree in Dentistry – University of Pavia, Pavia Italy. 2010 First level Master’s in Posturology La Sapienza University Rome.
2011 First Level Master’s in Posturology – La Sapienza University – Rome Italy.
2011 Regular Member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (SIDO. 1990 to present collaborates with Dr. JP Meersseman D.C.).
From 1998 to present collaborates with AC Milan. Always in continuing education has attended numerous courses and conferences in various dental disciplines especially regarding Orthodontics, instrumental diagnostics, kinesiology, Posturology and chiropractic.
Among her Specialties: pain therapy, gnathology in postural key, Orthodontics in postural key for children and adults, TMJ dysfunctions.

- From the concept of “malocclusion” to the concept of “best possible occlusion”
- Cranio-fascial helical dynamics and occlusal plane formation
- Centric relation between myth and reality
- Cranial engram and postural engram; Role of the Spheno-basilar synchondrosis
- Cranio-postural engram and abandonment of orthogonal systems
- Law of asymmetry
- The physiology of occlusion does NOT provide for structural symmetry, but requires functional compensation
- Occlusion as a buffer system to soften cranio-fascial torsions
- Occluso-postural evaluation in osteopathic key and therapeutic approach
- Kinesiological dentistry: errors to avoid; False positives and false negatives
- Neurological disorganization and occlusion; Cross crawl technique
- Postural interdependence of podiatric and ocular receptors with occlusion
